• About Chef Max: Working his way from prep cook to pastry chef at Devil's Food Catering, a local Portland company, Max Germano began to fine tune his own culinary style. As the former executive chef at Tesoaria Winery Tasting Room, 2013-2017, Max explored various culinary styles to prepare delectable bites to tantalize the taste buds of oenophiles (wine lovers). Max is currently the baker at the Daily Cafe in Downtown Portland and delivers his fresh baked pastries to cafes in the area. He also works with local businesses to host pop up dinners, as well as, private events. More here
• About Craft Winemaker, Scott Nelson: The father in the "father-son" team of winemakers at Resolu Cellars, it's Scott's passion for excellence that built this hobby into a commercial venture and an enterprise for son, Cameron to join when he completed his military service as a U.S. Marine. As an urban winery, Scott works closely with the producers at our partner vineyards to attentively oversee every step, from harvest to delivery, to ensure this boutique winery delivers consistent ultra premium wines at a price point our customers appreciate.
